when will former minister of justice roland duncan be prosecuted? he no longer has immunity

NOW THAT ROLAND DUNCAN NO LONGER HAS IMMUNITY, WILL HE BE TRIED FOR HIS CRIMES?

As Minister of Justice, Roland Duncan was in charge of the BTA scam, his bode/chauffeur Marina Serrant along with Evelyn Hodge were arrested, Evelyn took the fall. Being Minister, Roland Duncan was immune from prosecution. Is there a statute of limitation? And now that Duncan is no longer Minister, can he be prosecuted for his activities. It’s fascinating that the police want to harrass the small man, when the big dogs in politics are commiting crimes blatantly.
Roland Duncan teamed with shady businessman Samir, to pull a royal scam on St Maarten. Samir has a building in Cayhill. Although the structure is not illegally built, with no permits for the top floors, Duncan decided that he would turn this illegal structure into a $100 million dollar “Justice Park”. The money would come from illegals and immigrants paying for various permits. How can St Maarten’s TOP legal mind involve himself in an illegal project, and a permitless business and VROMI not get involved. When Karakters built an illegal wall at their establishment. VROMI showed up with bulldozers. The Minister of Justice decides he’s going to invest $100 million dollars in a permitless building, and the officials look the other way.
Minister Duncan, as Minister of Justice was tied to the illegal prostitution trade. How can a Minister, especially the Minister of Justice be a pimp while he is in office? In St Maarten, anything’s possible. Documents were shown where the acting Minister was involved in the “Hypnotique” brothel, and the flesh peddling trade. When will this investigation be followed up?
Roland Duncan saw me on the day he resigned under pressure. He said “Roumou you can’t blame me for everything anymore”. No I can’t, but I can ask why an investigation of YOU has not been followed up.
The trend is continuing there is a new Minister of Justice, however the police being used as Ton Ton Macout like henchmen continue.
Many of the times in St Maarten, when police are committing crimes, they do it under the orders of some government official, or one of the local mobsters with a lot of money.
As opposed to harrassing, setting up and insinuating about their unprofessionalism, maybe the Dutch and the police can investigate the politicians who are blatantly committing crimes with no remorse.
In St Maarten, the higher your position, the more you are allowed to get away with. Therefore it appears that people like Theo Heyliger, Louie Laveist, Roland Duncan, various police officers are commiting the most unlawfulness in St Maarten, however they will never be investigated nor prosecuted by their OWN.

the dirty dutch of dutch st maarten

Take a good look at the Dutch police officer above. I have a lot of his pictures to pull up.  What is it about the St Maarten water that turns the Dutch Corrupt as soon as they get here? Or are they dirty before they get here, so they send them here? Now officer above, I’ll get your name again. What you people did was anillegal entry based on factless lies, rumours and heresay. So why is it that the St Maarten Police department, both Dutch and Local, are commiting crimes, to catch people who criticize them in something? I firmly believe the Parliamentarian who told me that the Dutch tried to set him up by putting kilos of cocaine in his car.
That’s why I know Loor is dirty, but I can’t take the police setting him up off of the table. Loor evidently was going to talk, because they were really putting the pressure on. Loor couldn’t be busted in a Dutch country, because he had too much dirt on the Dutch officials. So he was allowed to leave Dutch St Maarten with a kilo of cocaine, and the excuse that the police and immigration used, was that THERE WERE NO DRUG SNIFFING DOGS, BECAUSE THEY WERE IN HEAT! Yes, readers the Juliana International Airport, one of the Caribbean‘s TOP drug mule portals, could not search Loor because they dogs were in heat! Undercovers were watching Loors every move,
So now drug lords you know, when you want to move your drugs through Airport Security, you only have to pay the dog handler, to stimulate the dogs until they’re horny, and you’re scot free, you can transport as much drugs as you like. Which is better, before when the drug sniffing dog, was really good at his job, it would mysteriously die.
Isn’t that RIGHT officer Doghandler Wallace?

SARAH WESCOT WILLIAMS POLITICALLY MOTIVATED LIES AND ALLEGATIONS SERVE NO PURPOSE……….

“Politically Motivated Lies And Allegations Serve No Purpose but to Tarnish the Name of St. Maarten”
PHILIPSBURG:— During her weekly radio program One on One with the Prime Minister the Prime Minister of St. Maarten the Honorable Sarah Wescot-Williams called for an end to tarnishing the name of Country St. Maarten for political reasons. During the radio program the Prime Minister referred to various erroneous reports and false information that has been circulating in the community lately and appealed for responsible behavior with regards to ethical reporting.
“There are some people on St. Maarten who would prefer to see the name of St. Maarten blemished rather than just deal with the truth and the facts. We should not tarnish the name of St. Maarten for political reasons and it is unfortunate to see that blatantly untrue reports circulating in especially online websites. Of course it is the truth that will prevail and clearly it will show that these types of reports are not based on fact, specifically regarding the statement of the VDSM.
“Again I don’t know if these persons have nothing better to do on St. Maarten than thrive on this type of information. We have to counteract these issues and question the so-called sources or highly placed sources as irresponsible, hiding behind anonymity to further political gain and tarnishing the image of our Country.
“There are some people on St. Maarten who would prefer to see the name of St. Maarten blemished rather than deal with the truth and the facts. First of all a matter like the National Security Service should not be politicized. Clearly, if you look at some of the damaging reports there are political orchestrated it is a pity that persons would let themselves be used for political reasons and I have a serious issue with that. As Prime Minister I have come to accept the fact that in the office that I occupy they will say the craziest things about me as a person and about my function and I accept that as part of the territory. However I have issue with the way my Country is being tarnished.
The online report regarding the National Security Service is quite unfortunate and blatantly untrue. When these type of issues come around you can do one of two things: you can let it be because the truth will always prevail and will show that these types of reports were totally malicious. However these reports do remain in cyberspace involving innocent persons and there should be a way to counteract them.
“It does not serve any purpose to throw anyone under the bus. These false allegations do affect and do hurt. Why? Because as a St. Maartener I believe we should take issue with the malicious manipulating of the truth for political gain and persons letting themselves be used for political reasons not realizing the damage they are causing to our Country.
Additionally the National Security Service is not the Prosecutors Office; that is not their purpose. It cannot prosecute or investigate a particular person. Yet false information is being put out there regarding an investigation and the Government Building and this is indeed quite unfortunate. Where are we going as a country if we allow this to happen unchallenged?
People should see how for merely political reasons they are using lies to bring this country into discredit, hiding behind anonymity. It cannot be that false things are being said about people in our community, especially a small community like ours, and these things are unsubstantiated and untrue. We need to realize as St. Maarten that we are a part of the wider world. And in today’s modern world whatever we do and say here locally go all over the world. These things live a life of its own and things are very negatively effected. It is the people of St. Maarten that need to realize the damage they are doing to this country,” concluded the Prime Minister
