Do you know what ‘irony’ is? It’s St Maarten Police, standing by Theo Heyliger’s illegal whorehouse “El Capitan” the site of felonious activity (Prostitution is a crime, that’s bypassed through ridiculous permits for members of government-that’s why our government owns and runs the brothels) and handing out tickets to unsuspecting locals for misdemeanors. El Capitan whorehouse is owned by Theo Heyliger, leader of the United People’s Party and his family. Part of the reason Roland Duncan had to go down, was because with his “Hypnotique” connections he was planning to revolutionize the pimp game, which means brothel owners like Parliamentarian Sylvia Meyers, and her boss Theo Heyliger would have had some competition. So they went after Parliamentarian Patrick Illidge, Roland Duncan’s benefactor….and the rest is history. Another historical note is that the brothel above, “El Capitan” is St Maarten’s oldest whorehouse, it used to be owned by Theo Heyliger’s grandfather the great stove and fridge slavemaster Claude Wathey. Seeing its historical value, it’s only a matter of time before it becomes a museum and local attraction.
